And this wasn't the first time. Previously in 2005, the actor had been arrested for charges of two misdemeanor counts of DUI after his sobriety test scored him a .20.
With this incident Klein pleaded guilty, and was given a sentence of five years in probation, besides being slapped with a fine of $1,800.

QUICKBOOKS AND PROBLEMS WITH LOGIN
Users of Quickbook are definitely having their share of online migraines so far.
Quickbook users have encountered problems with logging in online to their account. Usually, when they try to gain access, the following error shows up:
"We're sorry, but this application is currently unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes. Thank you."
Previously, a somewhat similar flaw was widely reported back in April 23rd, wherein Quickbooks online login wasn't working.
The scenario looks quite dim for several small business owners who constantly rely on Quickbooks to manage daily transactions, also including accounting records and payroll.
The offical Quickbooks online Twitter profile responded around 10 a.m., saying, "Our team is working on getting Quickbooks Online back up."
There is not mention however, of any outrage in the Twitter profile, and Quickbooks would give usual feedback to customers yet there hasn't been any mention of a login problem. It could be that the problem is a seperate issue.
