1. Dr Conrad  Murray appears at Los Angeles Superior Court in Los Angeles. Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of pop singer Michael Jackson. The doctor was personal physician to Jackson when he died from an overdose of a powerful prescription sedative at the age of 50. Conrad's lawyers have filed court papers today to oppose California's Medical Board's bid to ban him from practicing medicine.
