Taking a slight break from her legal woes and bad news, Lindsay Lohan makes 'The Hangover' her uncontested choice for Best Movie, when asked her favorite among the nominees on the red carpet of the 2010 MTV Movie Awards.
Does her opinion matter? Well, frankly anything connected to the 'Freaky Friday' starlet should make headlines. The actress also added that besides her named choice, other favorites included "Avatar," "Alice in Wonderland," "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince," and last but not the least, "Twilight Saga: New Moon."
"I'm a fan of all of them, and they're all different. I mean, 'New Moon' has this sci-fi element and I know 'Avatar' does too," the actress explains.
Previously, Lohan has made appearances in past MTV Awards ceremonies, which includes the following years: 2004, '05, '07', and '08,' wherein she assumed the role of presenter and attendee at both Movie and Video Music Awards. If I'm not mistaken, she even received an award for "I Know Who Killed Me." I forgot what category it was, though (I deserve to be guillotined for this).
It'll be Lindsay who'll be walking up that stage the next time. With or without the SCRAM boots.

Van der Sloot was arrested twice in the Holloway case, which was much publicized in the United States, but he was never charged due to insufficient evidence.
