'Hannah Montana' turned wild child Miley Cyrus was spotted with still-boyfriend (obviously) Liam Hemsworth at the Toluca Lake neighborhood on June 8, 2010. 

It's so OBVIOUS (with all caps) that they're still in love! So the recent rumour about their split is now officially residing at the trashcan!

Lindsay Lohan's SCRAM Says: "Small Alcohol Alert!"

Lindsay Lohan's SCRAM device is being put to good use already. Because it seems like the media queen just can't stay away from the booze.

According to a statement by Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, the starlet's SCRAM device has detected the "presence of a small amount of alcohol" on Sunday night.

In the statement, Holley says, "Having just received the report, I am not in a position to speak to its accuracy or validity, however Ms. Lohan maintains that she has been in complete compliance with all of the terms of her probation and her bail."

The said statement was released following a bench warrant that was issued by Judge Marsha Revel which highlights that the 'Freaky Friday' star has violated conditions on bail. This was based on the fact that Lohan's SCRAM bracelet went off while she was at the MTV Movie Awards after party. Yup. She forgot all about the piece of contraption she was wearing!

And thanks to Lohan's bondsman who shouldered her $20,000 bail, she managed to avoid landing herself in the slammer.
