Is designer Nicole Richie a repeat fashion offender? These archived images show Nicole in the exact same outfit almost a month apart. 

The Hollywood socialite is sporting a Hudson jean jacket, black scarf, ray ban aviator sunglasses, floral print dress, black tights and toting around a Marc Jacobs handbag.

The pictures were also taken at the same location in Van Nuys, California where she attends her alcohol education classes. Nicole got an extension due to her motherly task interfering with previous classes.
