The ongoing court saga between Mel Gibson and girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva is anything but sunny.
After both parties slapped each other with restraining orders, they're also contesting over custody and visitation of their 9-month-old daughter. Plus the fact that the child's mother is plagued with financial woes, thanks to the actor/director.
"I am having to live on credit cards and borrowed money. It is not a good situation. He is not paying me a penny. Nothing," Oksana says of the 'Lethal Weapon' star.
Mel had previously divorced his wife Robyn in April of last year, prior to his relationship with Oksana going public. While the "Passion of The Christ" director has fathered seven kids with his ex, Oksana on the other hand, has a son with actor Timothy Dalton.
Bottom line, the child's welfare and best interests is top priority here. And custody goes to the parent who's up to the task, 100 percent!
