Michael Jackson missed by children and mom Katherine!
Michael Jackson's kids are really feeling that enormous absence of their late popstar dad, and what more at Father's day.
From the time that's gone by since the passing away of the king of pop, everyday seems like forever for Paris, Blanket and Prince.
It's like Michael never departed, as the three kids would constantly tune in to their late father's greatest hits for hours, as revealed by mother Katherine Jackson in an interview.
In fact, Katherine's efforts would prove naught as she continuously attempts to keep her grandchildren's minds off their dad, day after day. There was one instance when she thought of decorating Paris room with pictures of ballerinas or flowers. Her granddaughter had other things in mind.
"Paris went into a closet and she brought out seven or eight pictures of Michael, and she told me, 'No, I want daddy hanging in my room. I want to be able to see him.'"
Michael's mother also recalls fond memories of his superstar son when he was alive, like how generous and loving he was. She would describe how Michael's face would light up instantly everytime she opened his gifts to her.
Here's to a speedy recovery for the Jackson family.
Federer: Instant victory means World Cup Over? Don't think so!
Hmm. It's like saying, "Okay let's get this over with, so I could watch the World Cup." But Federer's got another thing coming if he thinks Alejandro Falla will be another walk in the park!
Okay, I know the top seeded Swiss has won more grand slam titles than anybody else, besides being a die hard World Cup fan. Oh yeah, he's just given a pep talk to his national team. Isn't that inspiring?
And we all know he's survived Andy Roddick's heroics in last year's Wimbledon, handing the American a 16-14 defeat but not before a series of 'scares.' And yes, that was scary!
But that World Cup will have to wait, buddy. This year's Wimbledon is a different scenario with potential threats to another title quest for you. Like does Lleyton Hewit ring a bell? That recent loss to the Australian should send a message through. Wimbledon or not.
And the big opener on Monday is nothing to smile about. Colombia's 65th ranked Alejandro Falla won't make things easier this time for the Swiss, despite losing during their match in Halle, Germany. And remember that tiebreaker he forced in their French Open 2nd round match?
Of course, there's Roddick around the corner. Remember, he has some unfinished business to settle with you. And Nadal? He wants numero uno back!
So before you start getting excited to support your country in their big clash against Chile on Monday, maybe you should do a thorough assessment of your first match. Piece of advice, champ!
Like they say in basketball, it's anybody's ballgame.
