Kroger Recalls Potentially Deadly Ice Cream!

Kroger's ice cream is now recalling some container of its Deluxe Chocolate Paradise Ice Cream because it may contain tree nuts that are not listed on the label. These can cause serious or even life-threatening problems for someone allergic.

Tree nuts include cashews, walnuts and pecans, but not peanuts.

According to a release on their website, the affected product has a UPC of 11110 50712, and is sold in 48-ounce containers with a sell-by date of January 24 2011.

That is one ice cream to avoid for times of depression.

Firing Squad Executes Convicted Killer Ronnie Lee Gardner!

Utah's convicted killer Ronnie Lee Gardner died this morning after a Utah firing squad fired a volley of bullets into this chest, and was pronounced dead at around 12 noon local time. Gardner, 49, was sentenced to death for a 1985 capital murder conviction. His case, the fatal courthouse shooting of attorney Michael Burdell during an escape attempt.

Gardner was the third American in 33 years to die by the controversial method, and the first 'victim' of the state's first execution by firing squad in 14 years.
