The Earth's shape is circle and it rotates. So it means, what goes up, can go down and vice versa.

What's with the quote? Well, like what some experts were expecting, Apple's app store for its iPhone and iPad has a very big rival going strong, and stronger... both in quantity, downloads and sales.

According to a report, Google confirmed that 70,000 ready to download apps are currently available on Android's app store. That's 130,000 behind Apple's iTunes that serves apps for iPhones and iPads. And the bigger news, well, the Android App Market has surpassed more than one billion app downloads. That's crazy!

Another crazy news about Android and iPhone, Fortune is reporting that Steve Jobs, the CEO of Apple, "confirms" that Android has surpassed iPhone 4's in terms of sales.

What?

The site writes: "Steve Jobs said today that Apple has sold 3 million iPhone 4's in just 22 days. That's pretty impressive, but Google announced yesterday – and at the Droid X announcement last month – that it is activating 160,000 Android devices per day. Multiply that out by 22 days and you get over 3.5 million devices sold."

Google is a monster! :-)
