E! Online have spilled reports regarding a certain woman charged of attempting to blackmail actor John Stamos, in which the culprit claims that the 'ER' star tried to perform oral sex on her when she was only 17. The actor had also taken cocaine, which had been delivered by strippers.

These allegations were courtesy of defense lawyer Sarah Henderson during the U.S. District Court trial of 24-year-old Allison Cross and Scott Sippola, 31, which took place in Marquette, Michigan.

The suspects have been accused of trying to extort worth $700,000 from the actor by threatening to expose degrading photos of him to the public.

This wasn't the first time for the criminal tandem, who were previously arrested at at Michigan airport in December and had been slapped with charges of felony extortion as well as misusing interstate commerce.

Hendersen defended her clients by saying that the partners were in the process of beginning a legitimate business transaction.

Stamos lawyers, on the other hand, argued that ththe photos do not exist and no evidence of their existence have been found by the FBI.

It was last week when the presiding judge ruled out that testimony surrounding the alleged relationship between Coss and Stamos was not admissible, however, opening statements are permitted since they are not testimonies.

The trial will last until the end of the week, where Stamos is expected to testify.
