No. 23 becomes no. 6! And the multitude of haters didn't stop there for LeBron James, who gets a whole lotta lovin' from angry New Yorkers!


Yup, it's got to be the move of the year when 'King James' donned a Miami Heat Jersey to join buddies Dwyane Wade and another recruit Chris Bosh. And the New York community show the ace how they feel when he popped up at Carmelo Anthony and actress LaLa Vasquez's wedding ceremony.


According to myFoxny.com, the King was received by loud boos outside the wedding in Cipriani 42nd Street, when he made his arrival along with galpal Savannah Brinson. You expect them to bow and kiss your size 15's, buddy?

The former no. 23 (that number solely belongs to his airness, capiche?) sparked widespread scrutiny when he made his televised announcement just on Thursday to suit up for the Miami Heat club. This meant a massive slap on the face for teams New York Knicks and Chicago Bulls who wooed James, but fails in comparison to the bitter blow he delivered to hometown Cleveland Cavaliers.


Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert gave his former player a piece of his mind through a memorable love letter, describing James as heartless, callous and narcissistic for making that sudden decision behind the big boss's back. You mean that thing you find in the garden of Eden?


Besides King James being the main event at the grand occasion, other stars included Kim Kardashian, Serena Williams, Ludacris, Ciara and Kelly Rowland.


Newly weds Denver Nuggets player Anthony, and 'You Got Served' star Vasquez, also have a three-year-old son, Kiyan Carmelo Anthony.


Let's just hope you won't be giving Dwyane Wade and crew King-sized migraines, pal.
