According to sources connected with the Lethal Tongue's investigation, Oksana Grigorieva's photos and video of her alleged injuries have raised skepticism on her claims that her raging ex beau took a swing at her.


Sources of a certain law enforcement who were responsible in thoroughly studying the pictures and video (which Oksana shot herself) reveal to TMZ that there is "no evidence of external or internal damage," which lacks consistency of her being punched in the face.


Previous reports have already leaked that the Oksana's teeth were not damaged, but in fact intact. This is also supported by a sworn declaration submitted by the Russian beauty's dentist, saying that one veneer was out and one was cut in half, but no damaged teeth.


To further back this up, several experts who have analyzed the photo, argue that there is an absence of evidence of any soft tissue damage, which is only present if the subject were struck in the mouth, plus, it is also considered "highly irresponsible" for the dentist to have replaced Oksana's veneers that quickly.


Mel's lawyers are already capitalizing on this development, and will make a presentation to the Sheriff's Department which includes Oksana's alleged false statements to authorities.
