Finally, a real lawyer for Lilo!


Exit Shawn Chapman Holley. Robert Shapiro has taken the driver's seat in Lindsay Lohan's legal woes, especially her DUI case. The former attorney of O.J. Simpson has filed papers to represent Lilo on Friday, according to Access Hollywood.


Guess that means no more fake urine tests or them sweet-talking schemes. Shapiro's the real deal, exactly what the doctor ordered for the media hogging troublemaker. But before the hard-nosed lawyer can officially represent the 'Mean Girls' star in her DUI case proceedings, Judge Marsha Revel will have to accept the change first. So what are you waiting for, judge?

Besides Shapiro issuing a statement to Access Hollywood to take on the case, he also indicated a certain condition that raises some eyebrows. The condition states that for him to accept the case, the actress must first accept the judge's "requirement of jail." 


Reveals the Lohan's new lawyer in his statement, "I have agreed to represent Ms. Lohan on the condition that she comply with the terms of probation, including a requirement of jail, imposed by Judge Marsha Revel. Miss Lohan is suffering from a disease that I am all too familiar with. Hopefully I can be of assistance to Ms. Lohan and Judge Revel in implementing a treatment approach recommended by medical professionals for Ms. Lohan's long term recovery and sobriety."


Shapiro based his condition on a previous tragedy in the family. Back in 2005, one of his sons, Brent Shapiro, had died of a drug overdose.


Just in the nick of time, Lilo. Imagine where you would end up if you stuck it out with Holley!
