Simon Monjack - Brittany Murphy's widower is suing Warner Brothers over Brittany's tragic death. According to Bang Showbiz, Simon Monjack alleges the Warner Brothers is to blame for Brittany Murphy's death last month from a cardiac arrest because just two weeks before her passing, the studio fired her from the sequel to hit animation 'Happy Feet'.

Simon Monjack said: "They killed her. She was devastated..." Simon also added that his late wife lost out on many roles because of rumours she was a drug user. But Simon insisted that Brittany Murphy never touched illegal substances. The screenwriter also denied claims he ruined her career, and added that Brittany trusted people who "she shouldn't have".
