Los Angeles, USA - Another year means another spin for the prestigious Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People in the world.

And for the second time [First was Former President Aquino] in Philippine history that a Filipino is one of the finalists of the said list. Manny Pacquiao will try his luck in notching the top spot for this year's Most Influential People in the World. Can 'Pinoy power' push him to the top?

The magazine noted Pacquiao's pro and con. For his PRO [positive insight] Time wrote, "The Filipino prizefighter — better known as "Pac-Man" — stunned the boxing world in December by defeating Oscar De La Hoya. He's readying a move into politics, where his popularity should land him another knockout: Pacquiao's bouts are so heavily viewed in the Philippines, the crime rate goes down when he brawls." And for his CON [flaw], "Fans have been vocally displeased with his decision to go into politics. And he has a lot of fans."

This year will be the second time that the 16-year old Cyrus to be included as Finalist, the magazine noted her flaw as: "Her recent Grammys performance made a good case for Cyrus to stick to acting."
