Quezon City, Philippines - A very angry Ruffa Gutierrez slams an exclusive interview with SNN yesterday in connection with PEP's "false" article saying that Richard was involved in a Gun-trotting incident.
"Dapat bago nila isulat ang mga fabricated stories na kuwentong barbero sa mga iba't ibang tao, dapat alamin muna nila kung sinu yung source nila, kung puwedeng pagkatiwalaan yung source nila, kung may nangyari ba talagang ganung insidente. What my mom, and Chard really wants is a public apology, because there is really no incident that happened, and a lot of witnesses can attest to that. Dapat sa ganitong mga bagay, we will use legal actions kasi sinisira nila ang reputasyon at kredibilidad ng kapatid ko." says Ruffa.
The false artice has been removed by PEP, but according to Ruffa, the site is still responsible for the "damages", "Hindi na po nakapost yun, tinanggal nila agad dahil alam nilang puwede silang mademanda. Even wala na sa PEP ngayon, the damage has been done. Napakasama ng mga comments tungkol sa kapatid ko, my brother was so stressed in his shoot yesterday [March 29], umiiyak sa mommy ko, lahat kami nabahala. Puro mga imbento talaga. Ganito katinding intriga involving a gun? Which my brother doesn't even have, and doesn't even carry." says Ruffa. "They could have called anyone to verify, pero hindi nila ginawa! [almost shouting], nilagay lang nila don, naninira sila ng puri ng tao. Talagang galit kami, and we are very disappointed." she added.
Ruffa also revealed that PEP already explained to them what happened. Richard's ate also gave her advice to the premiere entertainment website of the Philippines, "To PEP, alamin niyo muna, bago ninyo isulat, especially pag involved ang ganitong mga maseselang bagay. Sana you will investigate panu nangyari to."
