Hollywood - "Lost" star Henry Ian Cusick is being sued for an "ugly" sexual harassment. According to the lawsuit filed by Chelsea Stone in Los Angeles Trial Court today, Chelsea claims that while working on the show, Cusick placed his hand on her buttocks and caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds - whoah, that's ugly!

Stone also claims Cusick "placed his face on top of [her] breasts, moving his face from side to side." He then squeezed her breasts with his hands - and that's uglier. TMZ reported that - according to the lawsuit, approximately twelve days after this went down, Stone was let go. ABC and Grass Skirt Productions are also named as defendants. Chelsea Stone is seeking unspecified damages.

Cusick is a Scottish-Peruvian actor who started his acting career in theater. He is currently playing the role of Desmond Hume in the hit television show "Lost", and was nominated once for Emmys.
