Los Angeles, California - "300" star and Jennifer Aniston flirt bud Gerard Butler was charged with misdemeanor criminal battery in Los Angeles, California on Thursday.
According to TMZ's report, the Butler vs photographer happened after a premiere party for "RockNRolla". Butler left Crown Bar in a limo and allegedly punched the pap guy in the lips three or four times. The L.A. City Attorney filed the charge yesterday.
Gerard Butler's rep said the photographer stalked his client, and chased people through the streets. Butler's rep added that the papper almost killed a pedestrian. Last year when Butler was also charged with the same case.
