California - Who loves Twitter? -- mememe! After Ashton Kutcher's domination in the popular micro blogging site, more celebs are in-it to win-it (and to sell music). Miley Cyrus and MTV reality show character Spencer Pratt enjoyed doodling their stuffs in Twitter, and even planned to have a "date" ... no malice, with their partners, and have milkshakes for their menu.

Here are the excerpts of their convo, Spencer says "We're huge fans!!!", and added that he wants to hire Justin Gaston (BF of Miley) to write love songs for his wife Heidi. Funny, Spencer asked Miley to call him, but no phone pick-up, so Miley said, "I'm down! You owe me a milkshake anyhoo since I got suckered into calling your voicemail thing and now 'you' keep texting me ha" - cute!
