California - Jennifer Aniston's indie film "Management" got an overall "fair" to "good" reviews coming from the "x-ray" eyes of movie critics. Jen was paired with Brad Pitt's "not so look-alike" Steve Zahn, and the flick is directed by Stephen Belber.

According to Elizabeth Weitzman of NY Daily News, a surprise chemistry of Zahn and Aniston is noticeable after watching the flick, "So it's to everyone's credit that by the time the movie is over, you'll wonder why they were never paired together before." she said. But Weitzman added that some nega were mixed, "The comic touches are revealed gradually, the plot meanders, the leads keep misconnecting." says Weitzman.

Meanwhile, LA Times' in-house movie critic Betsy Sharkey calls it "strangely appealing", and adds that "Management" is "the rare romantic comedy to use good works, recycling and life-improving charities as the ultimate aphrodisiac".
