California - Tom Cruise's co-star in the 80s hit flick "Top Gun" revealed her true sexuality --- she's gay! In an interview with shewired.com, McGillis told the videoblogger Jennifer Corday that she's looking for a girlfriend, and not another Tom Cruise wannabe!
The 51-year old divorced actress says she's not into macho guys and definitely into her own kind. "Definitely a woman. I'm done with the man thing." says McGillis, maybe phobia? "I did that. I need to move on in life." she added.
"It was a long, arduous journey for me," McGillis continued. "I had a lot of things happen that convinced me that God was punishing me because I was gay. That was a hard process." she added. Kelly McGillis is best known for her role as the leading lady of Tom Cruise in "Top Gun".
