London, U.K. - "Black or White" singer Michael Jackson has been diagnosed with Skin Cancer, but treatable, according to British's The Sun.

According to NY Daily News, as they quoted London's Sun newspaper report, Jackson has cancerous spots on his body and pre-cancerous cells on his face. Jackson has fought a series of skin conditions and was diagnosed with vitiligo over 20 years ago. The disease affects skin pigmentation and is allegedly responsible for the singer’s pale look. "He was at first very concerned, but says he has been assured by the doctors that they can treat this and he will recover," a source was quoted as saying. "He said he's insisted that any treatment must fit around the concerts, and the show will go on." the source added.

Despite his health setback, Michael Jackson is excited about going ahead with his eagerly-anticipated 50 concert tour O2 Arena in London, kicking off this July.
