Jon and Kate Gosselin "circus" needs to be settled, that's according to the judge! The former couple and star of TLC's former show entitled "Jon & Kate Plus 8" were ordered to settle up and work it out with the arbitrator, multiple news sources report.
The judge wants the former couple to work out the problem, and come up with the best agreement that is favorable to their children's best interests. Some insiders added that the judge wants the couple to settle the rift in "private", meaning, NO exclusive interviews etc.
