Ashlee Simpson was all smiles as she house hunted with a friend in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, CA on October 30, 2009. She and husband Pete Wentz have both voiced their desire to raise son, Bronx, away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood. Looks like Ashlee is enjoying the house hunt even without her hubby Pete.
