Crawford, 43, says her husband Rande Gerber and close friend George Clooney can't understand why anyone would go under the knife to alter their appearance. She said: "If you're not careful you end up looking perfect but not real. And that's not very sexy. I don't think guys like it. My husband hates that stuff, he'd be angry if I did it.
