Miley Cyrus was spotted by photographers when she visited London, U.K. on December 7, 2009. Miley Cyrus obviously enjoyed her U.K. Starbucks coffee while strolling the streets of the Big Ben city. Miley was photographed wearing a Leopard inspired printed outfit, white skinny jeans and a stylish boots.

In related news, Miley Cyrus captured the blogosphere's top buzz again after the 'Party In The U.S.A.' singer accidentally gave the photographers a good view of her new tattoo. Last month when Miley Cyrus' brother Trace revealed that he and Miley are planning to have matching tattoos. 

Trace Cyrus explained: "I already have a matching one with my dad (Billy Ray Cyrus), there's no reason I wouldn't do it with my siblings. Someone you're that close to, it's something that means something to you obviously, so why wouldn't you do it?"
