When it comes to fan base, Robert Pattinson fans obviously outnumbered Taylor Lautner's followers. So it's a big surprise that the recently concluded Kids Choice Awards held in California last Saturday showed a lot of slimes Jacob Black love. Chosen by US kids, Taylor Lautner emerged as a 'more popular' actor than Rob, and when it comes to 'cuteness' (with Kristen Stewart).

With his performance as the werewolf Jacob in Twilight's second installment 'New Moon', Taylor successfully captured the hearts of young Americans. But looks like Kristen Stewart knew that Rob will not be winning any awards. Kristen, who's still in California, surprisingly skipped the awards show, that's a big disappointment! Oh well, the Nickelodeon's KCA obviously fueled another round of Rob versus Taylor rivalry, but it's healthy!

The real 'next round' will be the third film, 'Twilight Saga: Eclipse' coming to theaters nationwide in June. The movie will show the intensified love triangle of Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen), Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan) and Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black).  Photo by: Fame Pictures
