Demi Moore, 47 is finally going public after constantly thwarting plastic surgery rumors.

The 'Ghost' actress admitted to going under the knife due to her obsession with her body. Although she's had her figure altered quite a number of times, she has never done it on her face.

Moore, who's been married to Ashton Kutcher since 2005 and has 3 daughters with ex hubby Bruce Willis, confesses in an interview how fed up she is with public speculations about her image. And this self-consciousness came to a point where it dominated her life for quite a while.

It was when she gave up her desire to dominate her body that somewhat set her free. "It only happened when I stopped trying to control it. At the end of the day, this kind of obsession is pointless and meaningless," she says.

Or is she really over it? Time will tell.
