US judge has granted wife and daughter the approval to live on Dennis Hopper's property during the couple's divorce.
The cancer-stricken actor was also ordered to pay his wife Victoria Duffy Hopper, 42, financial assistance amounting to $12,000 a month.
The soon to be ex-wife of Dennis Hopper for 14 years has hurled accusations towards the actor's family of attempts to cut her out of his will, to which the Hoppers denied.
Dennis Hopper had consistent bouts with prostate cancer and his lawyers described him as 'desperately ill', and his condition hindered him from attending the latest hearing. His children from previous marriages also attended, but declined to comment.
Both parties have been going at each other, firing allegations of abuse and things can get even uglier.

Last month, a judge ruled out that Victoria kept her distance from the terminally ill actor. She even declared that Dennis threatened her and smoked marijuana around their daughter. It was evident that he was no longer capable to make sound decisons due to his illness.
The next hearing will be held in May to assess the division of Hopper's life insurance.
