Jon and Kate Gosselin are putting legal matters to a standstill.

According to TMZ, Jon Gosselin will be dropping this legal case against Kate for child custody and support, to which the two are surprisingly rumored to have callen it a truce.

Sources have revealed that the couple are attempting to work out an appropriate custody and child support agreement which is updated compared to the present one being applied.

Right now, Kate who recently got the boot on 'Dancing With The Stars' is earning more moolah while Jon on the other hand, struggles to rake it in. At least hubby has expressed desire in being with his kids, a far cry from his state in the divorce proceedings.

All that dancing mayhem sure paid dividends for Kate. She's capable now of child and hubby support.
