After all the rumours and intrigues, guess what? Kim Kardashian is still happy, alive and kicking!

The reality TV star was spotted leaving Mr Chow in Los Angeles, California on April 28, 2010. Kim left the popular eatery with... Ciara! Are you serious? Oh well, at least they eat, unlike some anorexic stars who loves to diet until they die.

In related news, Kim told her Twitter followers that she's happy to be included in the list of this year's People Magazine Most Beautiful. She tweeted, "I am honored @peoplemag chose me for their most beautiful people of 2010 issue! Dream come true!" 

Honestly speaking, she's really beautiful!
