Lindsay Lohan's state has sparked concern from Rosie O'Donnell, who makes her message crystal clear.

"Lindsay Lohan needs severe intervention," O'Donnell speaks out on Access Hollywood concerning the starlet's worsening troubled state. O'Donnell also reveals how Lohan was one of the popular people in an area where she grew up, and this deeply saddens her.

The popular host also expresses her sentiments against mother Dina Lohan and why she couldn't even take control of her daughter's life.

"Lindsay Lohan's mother is the same age as I, and that could be my child, literally. All I want to do is help her and save her and i wonder why her mother does not," O'donell continues.

Meanwhile, Lohan has caused quite a controversy from her photo on Twitter of herself with a gun to her mouth, creepy..

O'Donnell should just adopt the actress and straighten her out. She'd make a good mom.
