U2's front man Bono hurt his back and underwent emergency surgery in Germany, sad! 

According to earlier reports, while Bono and his band members are busy preparing for the US leg of U2's 360 Degree world tour, due to kick off next month, Bono, 50, sustained an injury that required an immediate operation in a Munich hospital, where he'll spend a few days. 

Meanwhile, latest reports say that Bono remains in hospital, and some sources claim that the front man of the U2 band had undergone spinal surgery.
