The troubled starlet was quick to deny speculations of dating 36-year-old female photographer Indrani, when questioned by UsMagazine.com.
"No, no, no...In no way am I dating her," says Lohan.
According to Indrani, who confirmed to the New York Post concerning such hype, "We have been spending a lot of time together. I have never had a relationship before, but Lindsay is just somebody who I find fascinating, gorgeous and extremely smart, as well as super hot."
The sexy photographer, who also goes by the name Julia Pal Chaudhuri, carries on by saying that Lohan has been getting a lot of beating from the press lately despite the fact that she's exerting tremendous effort to get her life back on track.
"She's a really strong, creative woman," says Indrani.
Marcus Klinko, Lohan's professional partner, revealed to the Post that he caught sight of Lohan and Indrani 'making out.' He goes on to say that the photographer is a good influence on the actress. She's the opposite of a party girl, she's a Princeton graduate, a philanthropist, and an artist. Not exactly somebody you'd expect Lohan to be hanging out with.
In fact Klinko adds that when the two are together, "they talk about art and the deeper meaning of life."
The actress had previously gone out with DJ Samantha Ronson till they split-up in April, 2009.
