Lindsay Lohan isn't exactly all smiles after what transpired during Monday's court hearing. Well you just had it coming, sweetie!

The buzzworthy megastar is furious that all eyes are upon her and it surely wouldn't be a stroll in the park with all the strict conditions handed down to her on a silver platter.

Sources say Lindsay Lohan "can't believe this is happening to her." OMG, check out the web and type in your name Lindsay!

Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, definitely aroused suspicions after her argument against the SCRAM bracelet, stating that it would hinder Lohan's photo shoots and filming commitments.

"Miss Lohan has a number of upcoming photo shoots as well as continuing to film a movie in Texas," Holley said, and added that the SCRAM device "would interfere with all of that". 

As expected, Lohan would leave court, but not after being fitted for the ankle bracelet.

At the same time, Access Hollywood had detected some flaws in Holley's argument on Monday, revealing that the Texas film commission had no permits connecting the 23-year-old actress to any filming in that state. Not only that, but neither her IMDb profile has listed any filming projects in the works (Holley sure has picked up a few tricks from Lohan).

Anyways, think of the bracelet as a designer's accessory, Lindsay. What could be worse besides the slammer?
