Lindsay Lohan's partying days are over. So she should use up every ounce of energy she has in Cannes before Thursday - her court date.

Shawn Chapman Holley, the troubled star's lawyer, informs Access Hollywood on Tuesday that the troubled starlet will be subject to a probation hearing on Thursday at 8:30 am, in which her appearance is strictly mandatory.

In addition, sources have disclosed that Lohan, 23, has not complied with her probation linked to her 2007 DUI case, leaving her with three more classes left before completion.

If worse comes to worse, the judge could hand down a number of different options to the actress come Thursday, including imprisonment, community service, being sent to an in-patient rehab facility, or being instructed to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet.

So if the 'Mean Girls' star makes a no-show on Thursday, a warrant of arrest awaits her.
