Miley Cyrus loves peace, and she loves the hand sign too! The still-under aged Hollywood teeny bop star was spotted in Toluca Lake area on May 8, 2010. According to photogs, Miley stepped out of the car, and posed with her famous peace sign. She's so cool, haha, I'm a liar.


Oh wait, she's exposing her cleavage again! She's so 'revealing'!

Speaking of Miley's peace sign, looks like she's ready for some action! The 17 year-old singer slash actress was spotted by TMZ with Justin Bieber, sorry guys, not in Germany. The two young singers had dinner together on May 10, 2010 in West Hollywood.

The TMZ pap asked Miley: "Miley, aren't you afraid of death threats?" 

Miley just smiled and asked Justin Bieber about the issue, OMG, Bieber smiled back, I think he's twitterpated!
