Uh-oh, just when you thought it was over, Sean Penn is back to his paparazzi-butt-kicking routine again and needs to chill out!

Penn, known for his short fuse with the media people most especially with the photographers (the 80's was a heyday for the Oscar winner), makes a grand comeback.

According to Associated Press, Penn pleaded no contest Wednesday to charges of vandalism, an incident involving a photographer who just got on the actor's 'good' side.

And although Penn was absent in court, his lawyer entered the plea, therefore handing down a three year sentence of informal probation and ordered to perform 300 hours of community service.

As an addition, Penn is also subjected to undergo 36 hours of anger management counselling. It was just recently that Penn was charged with misdemeanor battery and vandalism after kicking a phtographer in October.

Penn and Naomi Campbell should hang out sometime and share notes!
