According to Associated Press , Mrs. King suffered a drug overdose last month but is recovering well after the said incident. The said statement follows a previous report by RadarOnline.com regarding a 911 call on May 28 which brought emergency medics immediately to the couple's home in Provo, Utah.
The caller, Southwick's father Karl Engemann, has said during the call that he discovered his 50-year-old daughter in bed, breathing yet motionless. He explains that she isn't suicidal but says she took something to "help with her anxiety and depression." Engemann added that he wanted to keep everything discreet because his daughter was married to CNN'S Larry King (Yup, that sure was hush-hush).
Recently, Larry King and Southwick had filed for divorce in April following alleged infidelities on the part of both hitting the tabloids. However, the couple soon reconciled and are still together as of now, according to King's spokesman, Howard Rubenstein who told Associated Press.
And they lived happily ever after.
Abby Sunderland Missing?
A search and rescue is now underway for Abby Sunderland!
Sunderland, 16, from California, sailed into a storm in the Southern Indian Ocean and lost contact with her family.

Abby, following in her brother's footsteps, was trying to become the youngest person to sail solo around the world when on Thursday afternoon she signaled emergency beacon locating devices after losing contact over satellite phone.
Abby set sail on her 40-foot racing yacht, named Wild Eyes , in January which prompted some criticism as she would be passing through the middle of the Indian Ocean during the onset of the Southern Hemisphere's winter storm season.
In July of 2009, Abby's brother Zac became the youngest person to solo circumnavigate the globe, a title he only held for a couple of months.
