It's crystal clear why the ace womanizer's getting all freaked out over the whole custody clash. Sure, Jamesy's won himself not partial, but full custody of his 6-year-old daughter. Point scored on that one.

Yet the 'Monster Garage' host must be wondering as to what the judge ate by granting his ex-porn wife Janine Lindemulder visitation rights, knowing her current condition. Okay, was that like the Harvard school of drug rehab that she just passed? Even if she did with flying colors, her present state hardly deserves a standing ovation.

Chill, people. I'm also not saying that Jamesy's a saint. With the previous explosion of his alleged infidelities, his damsel collection popping out of nowhere, sorry buddy. No halo for you even if you beg.

But being a father, I feel the man. He knows his reponsibilities towards his child, and I know he could pull it off. Thumbs up on this one.

As for Sunny's mother, sure I'll let her come near to the child, like say-five hundred feet. Near enough? She's not good news. And combined testimonials from her current hubby plus Jamesy's sis and bro-in-law will back up that cold, hard truth. Besides Lindemulder's obvious mood swings, she just can't keep her paws off those prescription goodies.

In this legal bout, she needs a big KO to win. Or better yet, clean up her act!

Happy Father's Day! And to celebrate this wonderful day, we picked the two best quotes of celebrity fathers Pete Wentz and Tom Cruise!
