Lady Gaga was caught offguard by Elton John's appreciative gesture. An extremely expensive gesture!

That's righty! Sir Elton, 63, had miss 'Poker Face' in 7th heaven after he suddenly gave her a priceless vintage tea set.

The legendary musician simply wanted to show his generous gratitude following Lady G's performance at his White Tie and Tiara ball on June 24, a Thursday evening.

The ball, which featured other big name celebrities such as Liz Hurley, Peter Andre and David Williams, generated over 5.6 million pounds for the 'Skyline Pigeon' singer's AIDS Foundation.

GaGa, who carries her own china teacup and saucer almost everywhere she goes, was totally blown away by Sir Elton's surprise that's certainly worth a lot of zeroes. That would keep you from tripping over!

Tea, anybody? If it's iced, count me in!
