Meyers also holds the program accountable for violating its own rules, by allowing Lohan to pass with flying colors.

So, TMZ reveals in fact, that the queen of headlines did not attend all her courses within the required time period, like once every 7 days. Reports say that the program instead, followed state guidelines, which requires an attendance every 21 days. Not only that, the school also excused the star's tardiness. Now wouldn't violators love to be enrolled in this school!

But happy times are over, honey. Meyers is sending D.A. investigators out to keep close tabs on the sneaky tricks of miss Lohan.
