Ryan Reynolds injures himself on the set of 'Green Lantern!'

If you think Green Lantern's about mind games and less muscle due to that power ring, ask Ryan Reynolds, who's had his share of pain filming the DC superhero flick!


Us Magazine reveals that 'The Proposal' star was injured Monday, while shooting a scene for Martin Cambell's big screen adaptation of the DC comic book in New Orleans, wherein he reportedly seperated his shoulder and "is in lots of pain."

It was earlier this week that the incident allegedly took place, and the 33-year-old actor's reps are yet to comment on the extent of his injury and how it will affect the ongoing filming schedules. They has begun shooting since early spring of this year.


And if that wasn't enough, the set of 'Green Lantern' also suffered previous injuries besides Reynolds painful ordeal. Stuntman Jeff Wolfe disclosed that he had his left shoulder dislocated in March, but still proceeded with more action sequences 12 hours after popping the shoulder back in. And I thought they would give him a week off.


Even acress Blake Lively wasn't spared from the intense physical demands of the film, saying that the "fights are close and dirty."


Lively reveals, "I'm 40 feet in the air, spiralling around. That's the best workout you can ever do because it's all core. You do that for ten minutes and you should see your body the next day! It's so exhilarating, so thrilling and nauseating."
