Wazzup people, miss me? I meant the haters as well!

Let's get back to miss 'Main Event' who's consistent streak of bad luck has taken a step up the ladder.  Nope, you don't see me blinking an eyelash over Lindsay Lohan's 90 day sentence recently, not to mention another 90 days of rehab for violation of probation for skipping her alcohol education classes. She's brought all this to herself.  And just this afternoon, court records had been released which reveals various powerful prescription goodies that Lilo's been craving on  for quite some time, despite testing clean for illicit drugs since May.

Let's enumerate. According to the probation officer's report, the 24-year-old media queen has stated that she takes Nexium, Zoloft, Trazadone, Adderall, and at times, Dilaudid, prescribed for dental pain. She also tested positive for amphetamines twice and once for opiate, but since the drugs were Adderall and Dilaudid, this did not violate her probation.  So better lock those medicine cabinets if Lilo pays you a visit!

But that's not the climax to the story. Yup, the 'Freaky Friday' star was in tears plus that heart-wrecking speech to the judge alright, yet it makes you wonder if they're genuine or some untimely audition for her next film role. A secret message has been revealed in tiny type on her fingernails as those words were magnified ofr your delight. It read: "F**k U."  Remorse? You decide, people.

Actress Lindsay Lohan (L) reacts with her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley following her sentencing by Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel during a probation status hearing in Beverly Hills, California on July 6, 2010. Revel sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail Tuesday after ruling she violated probation in a 2007 drug case by failing to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes.  UPI/David McNew/Pool Photo via Newscom

However, Mark Gergaros,  a California defense attorney not involved in the case, feel that a 90 day sentence is unusually harsh for a relatively minor offense.

He tells 'Good Morning America,' "I just think this sentence is utterly ridiculous. The fact remains that if she was anybody else, Lindsay Smith, that she wouldn't be treated this way...This is a completely outrageous sentence in terms of her violation."  So you suggesting this was personal, sir?

Is this finally Lohan's wake up call? Cross your fingers folks.

Extra: According to updated reports, Lindsay Lohan skipped her own birthday, Wednesday night at her favorite Hollywood hotspot, Las Palmas. A friend of Lohan tweeted: "She is at home with friends and family!!! We wish her well and love her!!!"
