Reports have surfaced that the actor/director is listed as a potential suspect in the attack of the mother of his lovechild, Oksana Grigorieva, which transpired at some unknown location in Malibu.
This incident is being investigated by the same sheriff's substation which handled the 'Ransom' star's arrest on speculations of DUI, back in 2006. The report reveals that the alleged battery occurred this January 6, and that the investigation is at a preliminary stage.
It was just last week that audio tapes of Gibson's gut-piercing indecencies were secretly recorded by Oksana during their breakup and custody battles over 7-month-old daughter Lucia, to support her claims concerning the actor's violent behavior.

Attorney Gloria Allred has expressed her disgust in an open letter addressed to the actor saying, "You owe all women and African American men a public apology and action to rehabilitate yourself so that you will never make such sexist and racist statements again."
The lawyer was referring to Gibson's tongue lashing phrases such as, "You look like a f--king pic in heat and if you get raped by a pack of ni--ers it will be your fault," and at times calling Oksana a "whore and a "c--t."
Rev. Jesse Jackson also follows up by saying that the celebrity's remarks prove we are not beyond racism and bigotry and that Gibson is clearly sick.
So don't make him angry, because you won't like it when he's angry! Seriously Mel, you better start attending those anger management classes asap. That tongue needs taming!
