Listen, i'm not surprised. First her assistant, now her lawyer! You got to have a thick invisible force field to be able to withstand the species of a Lindsay Lohan. But in attorney Shawn Chapman Holley's case, it seems that the potential direction of the case itself  prompted her to throw in the towel. Finally, you woke up, ma'm!

Yesiree. A rep for Holley has revealed that the lawyer's had it representing her troubled client, although her reasons remain confidential at this point in time. But Lilo never came into this battle unprepared. In fact, the media queen has already come up with a possible replacement, discloses officials.

And who is Lohan's new savior? According to L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore, "We got a call yesterday from a female identifying herself as Tiffany Feder-Cohen. She introduced herself as Lindsay Lohan's new attorney."  Whitmore also adds that he cannot reveal any more details regarding the call, and that the bottom line is that they only follow instructions from the court.

A source close to the 'Mean Girls' star reveals that she is determined to take necessary measures in evading prison if she has to,  hiring new attorneys and lodging an appeal for that matter.

Actress Lindsay Lohan reacts following the sentencing by Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel during a probation status hearing in Beverly Hills, California on July 6, 2010. Revel sentenced Lohan to 90 days in jail Tuesday after ruling she violated probation in a 2007 drug case by failing to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes.

"She seems totally smart with it, smart and knows what she wants," says the source.

However, Trent Copeland, criminal defense attorney who's not involved in the case, seems skeptical over  chances of ever winning an appeal, elaborating that the evidence itself is extremely overwhelming with regards to the actress's repetitive violations of her probation including court orders.

Looks like its goodbye freedom, sweetie. You better start cleaning up your act and  no more court stunts, capiche? Mwa!
