And that's exactly what Orsica officials did, as they slapped those cuffs on blonde heiress Paris Hilton for possession of marijuana.

If you recall, the 'Hottie and the Nottie' star was previously detained in South Africa during the World Cup due to suspicions of marijuana possession but was later released. This time proves that its no fluke, as Paris was held again in the slammer for 30 minutes, after alert pooches sniffed out a gram of the substance in her bag.


According to French newspaper Corse Matin, the socialite happened to be travelling in a private jet following her vacation in the Mediterranean. Miss Hilton was said to be travelling with 'personalities' close to power in Malaysia while on a route from Sardinia.


I guess this is what you meant when you told Larry King that you've learned from your mistakes after that 23-day jail stint in 2007, right cupcake?
