Hannah Montana creators has filed suit against Disney for unpaid bonuses.

Barry O'Brien and Richard Correll, the people behind Miley Cyrus' rising popularity, are accusing Disney for uncompensated bonuses totalling up to at least $5 million. Correll even added that he was terminated without warning and reason.

Disney, on the other hand has yet to respond to interview requests. O'Brien an Correll has made claims that the company owes them 7.5 percent in alleged bonuses. In the first place, they say that Disney never really provided them with proper accounting of their dues.

And it's not the first time Disney was involved in a similar incident. Back in 2007, Buddy Shefield filed a lawsuit for claims of unpaid dues. He was responsible for the original idea of the TV show but was never compensated.
