It was rumored that Monday night after her Switzerland
performance she was rushed to the hospital,
but was right back to performing the next day.

Rihanna had to cut short her European tour due to an injury.

The 22-year old singing sensation suffered an injured rib during her 27-date European tour and required a breif stint at the hospital in Switzerland.

According to People.com, Rihanna acquired the said injury at a Zurich show during a performance, and was rushed to a private clinic after the incident.

The 22-year old singer's rep explained after being examined, that the rib injury wasn't anything serious.

In fact, Rihanna continued to perform Tuesday night in Lyon, France, and heading on over to Marseille for Wednesday's (April 21) concert. Her Last Girl on Earth Tour extends through selected countries in Western Europe, before jetting off to the U.K. for 13 dates. Madrid will wrap up the European leg of the tour on June 5.
