Exactly. Stephenie Meyer made Bella's viciously gory childbirth scene possible in Breaking Dawn. But the movie adaptation would be an entirely different story. So can the big boys pull it off?


That's where screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg steps in. She's actually giving the green light for the bloody scene to be shown on the big screen, when the fourth installment of the popular fangster franchise hits theaters. Well, minus the gore, at least.

Reveals Rosenberg to PopSugar, "The childbirth--all the scenes, I feel should be on screen. Would we actually see Edward's teeth through the placenta? I don't think so. I don't think we need to see that."


In Meyer's novel, Bella's birth is extremely difficult that she almost dies. One book reviewer even complained of its graphic content, saying, "may promote lifelong abstinence in sensitive types."


Kristen Stewart is actually curious about the scene, now that the 'Breaking Dawn' fim production closes in.


The actress tells MTV News early this January, "I haven't seen a script. But I'm not alone in really, really wondering how they're going to handle that." You better start doing your homework, honey. You won't be having them normal labor pains!


'Breaking Dawn' will debut in theaters as two parts, the first installment to be shown in November 2011.
